The whole point of this thing is that you can build a brand without having to memorize every little knob and dial, so I wrote the docs accordingly. No corporate fluff. No “robust solutions for forward-thinking creators.” Just what it does and how to use it.

You answer interviews, the AI builds you documents. The documents power AI chat assistants that know who you are. You plan content on a kanban board. We pull your Instagram data daily so you can stop pretending you don’t check your analytics. Every Monday you get a weekly memo on what’s working. That’s the whole app.

What the app actually is

Three things, basically:
  • Tasks: short, structured interviews where you answer questions and the app builds you a finished document at the end (your positioning, your offer, your story, whatever the task is for). One-and-done. The document lives in your library forever, and every other part of the app reads it automatically.
  • Projects: open-ended AI chat assistants, each pre-loaded with a specific job (writing posts, brainstorming hooks, planning a launch, etc.). Unlimited conversations. Start a fresh one any time. They already know you, so no more briefing the AI from scratch like it’s your 47th day on the job.
  • Tools: the content tracker (where the work happens), Metrics (your IG numbers, daily-refreshed), Weekly Reviews (AI memo on what’s working, every Monday).
Tasks build your foundation. Projects do work on top of it. The tools tell you if any of it is landing. That’s the whole model.
