How a session works
Five phases, run in order:Phase 1: Clarify
The AI reads your Citizen and WorldCode docs (auto-injected) and then asks 2 to 3 short questions to fill the gaps:- Which offer this lead magnet should feed into
- Where most of your traffic is currently coming from (cold / warm / hot)
- Whether you already have a lead magnet, and what’s working or not
Phase 2: Ideate by traffic temperature
Based on where your traffic is, the AI proposes lead magnet ideas matched to that temperature:- Cold → quick wins, short and fast (e.g. quizzes, single-page guides)
- Warm → depth (e.g. free trainings, mini-courses)
- Hot → high-investment free experiences (e.g. live webinars, multi-day workshops)
Phase 3: Build it
Once you’ve picked an idea, the AI walks you through actually constructing the thing. The structure depends on the format (ebook outline, webinar agenda, quiz logic, email sequence flow, etc).Phase 4: The Open Loop Close
The most important part. Every lead magnet needs to solve a problem, reveal a bigger problem, and point to the next step. This phase is where the AI engineers the close so it actually moves people toward your offer, not just thanks them for downloading.Phase 5: Final compilation
The AI compiles everything you built into one clean, complete document, ready to copy and use. You’ll see a download card appear under the message (that’s the[DOCUMENT_READY] flow, a finished doc you can pull out of the chat).
If you want changes after compilation, just ask. The AI will regenerate the full document each time.
The 5-step framework (used throughout)
Every lead magnet built here follows this sequence:- Diagnose the aware pain. Target what they’re already feeling, not what you think they should care about.
- Distill to one micro-transformation. The smallest slice of your method that produces a real, claimable result.
- Prove the approach. Demonstrate your thinking, don’t describe it.
- Engineer the open loop. Deliver real value AND leave a natural gap your paid offer fills.
- Match format to trust level. Cold gets short, warm gets depth, hot gets high investment.
Tips
- Don’t think of it as one lead magnet. The AI assumes you’re building toward a stacked sequence: Content → Cold LM → Warm LM → Hot LM → high-ticket offer. If you only have one rung, the AI will help you figure out which rung and what to build next.
- Be specific in Phase 1. “Cold traffic” is fine. “Mostly YouTube viewers who don’t know me yet” is better.
- Trust the open loop. Lead magnets that fully solve the problem don’t convert. Completion kills conversion. The AI is built to engineer the productive gap. Resist the urge to over-deliver into oblivion.
