What we pull
For your account, daily-ish:- Follower count, following count, total post count
- Profile pic, display name, bio
- Your latest ~30 posts: caption, thumbnail, likes, comments, views, post type, posted date
Setting it up
You added your Instagram handle during onboarding so this should already be quietly running. If it’s somehow not, click your name in the sidebar profile menu, open the editor, and add or fix the handle. The first sync runs when you hit Sync now on the empty state. Takes ~30 seconds because Apify has to actually go visit your profile. After that, the daily cron picks you up and you don’t have to think about it.The home page card
A compact summary at the top of your dashboard:- Profile chip on the left: avatar, handle, follower/post count, last-synced timestamp.
- Last 2 weeks grid on the right: two rows of seven cells, one per day. Cell filled = you posted. Cell empty = you didn’t. Today gets a subtle outline so you don’t lose your place. Future days are dashed placeholders so the grid feels complete.
- View all posts and Refresh buttons live up top.
The Metrics page
Same header layout (profile chip, last-2-week grid, refresh), plus the actual depth:Follower trend
A line graph of your follower count over the last 90 days. Shows starting count, current count, and net change (positive in accent color, negative in red because that’s how reality works). Heads up: this only renders once you have at least 2 daily snapshots. So day 1 it’s hidden. Day 2 it shows up. We’re not faking a graph from a single dot.All posts table
Every post we have on you, sortable by:- Date (default, newest first, because that’s how you actually think about your content)
- Likes
- Comments
- Views
- Engagement rate = (likes + comments) divided by current follower count
Filtering by type
Pills above the table: All · Reels · Image · Carousel. Click one to narrow. Reels and standalone video posts get grouped together because on modern Instagram those are functionally the same thing (RIP IGTV, you weren’t missed).Outliers
Posts whose engagement rate is at least 1.5x your median get a small orange dot in the engagement column. Hover the dot to see the exact multiple. This is the entire reason this page exists. Sort by engagement, find the dots, study what those posts have in common. That’s your content strategy update for the week, no spreadsheet needed. Want the AI to do that pattern-finding for you instead? That’s what Weekly Reviews is for. Same data, automated read, plus pre-built content ideas you can drop into your tracker.Remix
Every row in the posts table has a Remix button (it glows accent-orange on your outliers, which is a hint). Click it on a post that popped off and the AI does two things:- Breaks down why it worked. The actual mechanic: the hook structure, the format, the emotional beat, with evidence pulled from your caption and your numbers. Not vibes, receipts.
- Generates 3 remix ideas. Same winning mechanic, fresh angles. Each one respects your archetype’s pillars.
Best times
A slim strip on the Metrics page showing your best posting day and your best 3-hour window, computed from your own last 90 days of engagement, in your own timezone. It only appears once you have enough posts to say something honest (10+, with at least a couple per bucket), because a “best time” based on two data points is astrology.Outlier alerts
When the daily sync spots a fresh outlier (a post from the last 7 days running at 1.5x your median or better), you get a notification in the app: which post, the exact multiple, and a one-tap link straight into Remix for that post while the algorithm is still in love with you. Tap it and the breakdown’s already loading, no hunting through the table. One alert per post, ever. We celebrate, we don’t spam.Refresh
The Refresh button kicks off a fresh sync on demand. Takes ~30 seconds because Apify is doing real work. Use it when you just posted and want it reflected, or when something looks suspiciously stale.Caveats (the boring but important part)
- Engagement rate uses your current follower count for every post. So old posts from when you had fewer followers look weaker than they actually were at the time. We’ll fix this eventually by snapshotting follower count at post time. For now: weigh recent posts against each other, not against your 2 a.m. throwback from 2023.
- We only pull ~30 posts per sync. Deep back catalog? Only the most recent ones show up.
- Private accounts won’t work. Apify can’t scrape what it can’t see. Public your account if you want this to do anything.
- 0-follower edge case: engagement-rate math breaks at zero followers (divide by zero is still illegal in 2026, the courts haven’t budged). Sync once, then it works.
